3. Pass inspection and verification

   • Our technical team will inspect the device.

   • We must verify and validate that the issue is a serious defect that prevents normal operation.

Important Notes

• Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

• Items with missing packaging or accessories will not be processed.
