No Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final: Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Time Frame: Returns are only eligible for products purchased within the last 7 days.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or receipt must be provided to initiate a return process.
Condition of Return: The product must be returned in its complete original condition, accompanied by:
- All stickers/seals
- Packaging box
- All accessories
- Manuals
- Any included inserts or components
Inspection and Verification:
- Our technical team will inspect the device upon return.
- The defect must be verified and validated as a serious issue that prevents normal operation of the device.

Eligibility: Only returns of defective products that meet all above conditions will be considered.
Non-eligible Returns: Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Items with missing packaging or accessories.
- Products with minor cosmetic issues.
- Issues resulting from user error.
- Products returned due to change of mind.

Initial Contact: If you believe your product has a serious defect, please contact our customer service team before sending the item back. This allows us to potentially troubleshoot the issue and advise on the best course of action.

If a return is approved after inspection, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. Note that Ooosh Limited reserves the right to final decisions regarding the acceptance of returns.
