Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • Notification: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s).

  • Tracking: The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

 

Damages:

  • Liability: Ooosh Digital Assets is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • Claims: If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Ensure you save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Collection: Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your items.

Local Delivery - Hong Kong:

  • Courier: All local orders are sent via SF Express.

  • Fees: Courier fee will be paid by the buyer, calculated according to SF Express rates.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery time depends on SF Express scheduling.

 

Delivery to Macau:

  • Courier: Orders to Macau are shipped via SF Express.

  • Fees: Courier fees are based on SF Express rates.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary due to customs and courier processing.
