Shipping Policy

At Ooosh Limited, we are dedicated to providing efficient and convenient delivery and pickup options. Here are the updated shipping terms for our products:

  • 6pm Hong Kong Standard Time (GMT+08:00)

Order Processing:

  • Timing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

  • Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be delays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Transit Time:

  • Delivery within Hong Kong typically takes 1–2 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the courier.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • Notification: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s).

  • Tracking: The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

 

Damages:

  • Liability: Ooosh Digital Assets is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • Claims: If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Ensure you save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Location: Pick up your order at our shop located in Central, Hong Kong.

  • Notification: Pickup notification will be sent once your order is ready.

  • Collection: Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your items.

  • Timing: Orders are typically ready within the next business day.

 

Local Delivery - Hong Kong:

  • Courier: All local orders are sent via SF Express.

  • Courier Fees: Borne by the customer and calculated according to the prevailing SF Express rates. For the latest courier charges, please refer to SF International’s official website: https://www.sf-international.com/sg/en/. All rates are subject to change based on SF Express’s most current published pricing. Below are latest rates by SF Express:
